Since 2003, Mehmet Ali Bulut has continued the family tradition, bringing innovation and professionalism to the demolition industry in Turkey and beyond.
Over the years, MAB Demolition has introduced advanced technologies and modern demolition methods to the Turkish market. In 2008, the company imported the Ultra High Reach Demolition Excavator (UHD) from Japan, enabling safe and efficient high-rise demolitions. The same year, it pioneered mini-machine demolition, setting new standards for precision and safety.
The company has successfully completed prestigious projects not only in Turkey but also across the Middle East, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Doha. In 2012, MAB Demolition carried out Turkey’s first controlled explosive demolition, removing ten buildings in a single urban transformation project.
Mehmet Ali Bulut is a founding member and current Chairman of the Demolition Contractors Association, contributing to the development of national demolition legislation and best practices. He has been recognized among Turkey’s top 40 managers by the renowned Fortune magazine for four consecutive years.
